I'm with IMUDD... it was a good time. We have one guy in our class that literally had everyone (CPs included) bent over crying with laughter. The story telling and singing was impressive.

We rode in package cars today I have a new found respect for delivery drivers.

Also got to meet our IPA welcome guy.... cool dude. Made us feel welcomed right off the bat. (IPA dinner next week).

Don't buy the "come to management" sales job some of you may be getting soon. If you're remotely interested in management (and I strongly encourage you to think long and hard about not doing it) fly the line for a year or so. Get an understanding of how the system works and talk to your fellow line pilots. I bet you'll have a more accurate and informed basis from which to make a decision.

Sounds like another Stilly S. if you haven't heard of him, ask around...he's legendary amongst the UPS pilot group.

For those about to step on property and the hopefuls; We just finished two weeks of InDoc and it's been great here. The instructors are awesome! and everyone is very excited we're on property. Daily, we arbitrarily have folks popping into class to say 'welcome' and not to hesitate to reach out if we need anything. The vibe is so awesome here. This is my fourth and final airline and I've never experience a company with so much enthusiasm. Moreover, IPA is the best Union Representation out there, in my opion. So, there it is - things are great here and I'm glad I was given the opportunity. Look forward to seeing you on property. Keep pushing..

To my new coworkers - I'm curious, have they given you guys access to the IPA forums yet? If yes, when?

This person claims in another post that he or she is from Bahrain but apparently can't even spell the name of the country he/she's from?

That was pretty much a rhetorical question. Those they need to know, know.
