Pool info and how long were you in the pool
Does any new hires know how many are in the pool?
Also, how long now days are you in the pool before getting called?
Are they doing any background checks or PRIA while you are waiting?

Some guys are getting called before the "your hired letter" arrives and offered a class date. Several called within 5 days of interview with offer and date. Several have been offered job on the spot. No set standard. Calling now for 9 Mar class.

Nobody knows how many people are in the pool. Everyone has their own theory, but only the hiring people know that.

It all varies depending on how well you scored in the interview. Some pilots don’t see the pool and others can swim for years. It’s competitive, so those who score highest get called for classes first.
