I ferried and essentially empty B757-200 MSP-GRB once as a position flight for an NFL Charter. We made FL410 in just a few seconds under five minutes from break release. The Captain I was flying with said he could not do that with his F100 even when it was light. Our take off weight was under 140,000 pounds and we used full thrust cleared the end of the runway at 5000', the Minneapolis Metrodome about FL200 and were at FL410 as we turned on course 4:58 seconds after break release.
