Default Banner tow

Got a couple of shots of a guy in a restricted Piper Cub as he came in and picked up a banner. Unfortunately, I didn't get a shot as he caught the cable due to the hangers in the way. For you guys that haven't seen this kind of thing before, they fly really low to the ground and pitch up rather abruptly as they snag the banner. For whatever reason the banner ended up flat rather than vertical. He had to come back around, drop it, land, reset everything, take off again, and then come back to snag it once more.

Nice shots. A few friends of mine banner tow, sounds like a pretty interesting job.

Does the Super Cub have any cooling problems with the cowling off? I would imagine that the temps run high anyway (high power, low airspeed), so wouldn't the forced airflow through the cowl help with that? Maybe I am wrong, but it seemed like the Jacobs in my Grandpa's old Waco ran cooler with the cowling on than when we flew with it off.
