Thanks Airfish. I should have been more specific however. This was the aircraft retirement flight. It was a 757 built in 1989 and flown to the desert. I remember having many fond memories as a teenager in the late '80s driving to CVG and spending the day at the airport talking to as many DAL guys as I could. My dream was to someday fly a 757 for DAL. It was kind of sad yet very special to fly an airplane into retirement that as a kid I could only dream of one day flying. On that flight she was a superstar. Climb to FL410 - 9 minutes at .828 in the climb. IMO, definitely not ready for retirement. If it is the final flight at DAL, she will no doubt find life most likely at FDX.
