The MD-11 doesn't have eyebrow windows. You have to contort yourself around and get the camera aiming out of the windshield or clearview windows.
That airplane has a clean belly. It's either just out of a heavy check or new to the line. But it's a great picture.

On the NOPAC routes it's pretty common w/ RVSM and RNP requirements.
