Nikkon D40 :), the lens is a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 its EXTREMELY sharp, best $400 I have ever spent :)

heres actually the one of the first pictures I ever took, it was on the back Weather page of USA Today not too long ago....(this was with the Kit lens)
