circle contrail?
 

This picture appeared in the KING5 weather section tonight. I always thought a contrail was straight lines? If the plane turned around, it was a pretty tight turn, eh? Interesting nevertheless.

It was a UFO!!!! Government conspiracy! They're changing the environment with the contrails! It's actually chemicals being sprayed!

Hopefully it's not chemical trails that weather mod planes creat to brainwash people. ;)

I think that's Mt. Rainier blowing smoke rings. Double check the Volcano evacuation routes in your area and make sure you have plenty of duct tape and bottled water for "just in case".

Yep, it could have been Rainier letting a fart. I use to amuse the intro divers when I worked as a divemaster in Maui by taking my regulator out of my mouth underwater and blowing water rings up to the surface. Intro divers are easily amused because they're so over-stimulated by their first time...underwater, that is.

I always knew that those dancing lights in the underground corridor between the United terminals at ORD were communicating with ET! :eek:

Actually, it was Skygirl spinning and levitating above O'hare. I was changing planes, and United terminals, and had to run like OJ, schlepping my laptop, to make my connecting flight. I got to the gate only to find out my flight was delayed. I think that those dancing lights might have juiced me with some sort of power because I started spinning like a saucer and began to levitate. It was "The Force" I tell you!

I love the lights underground at O'Hare. Only seen them twice.

Fly out of Midway.

I have seen them many times, which might explain my spinning levitation powers. ;)

Over you will see this from fighters mixing it up. I suppose that is what could have caused that one.

I live in California, therefore, according to CargoBob, I too, am an alien. I had dinner last night with some friends who work for Google and Apple, and they are most definitely aliens! ;) ...they're just going to retire earlier than the rest of us! I want to become an alien too!

Sometimes the circle contrail is what you see just before you hear a big boom.

I worked for a hardware retail store while I was in flight training. Every now and again we'd get a nut job who would come in and want to buy nothing but rolls of plastic and duct tape so they could seal their house in the event of a chemical attack.

I wonder what celebrity activist this profile belongs to?

The plastic and duct tape saved me and my dog at last night's ricin attack. Phew!
