Took this @ DAB on 2/1/2009. Just stumbled across the photo whilst looking for other pics. It's not the greatest shot, but some will appreciate it.

I am one of those "some" N9373M.
I'm a former 'T-Bolt' myself - Jul 02 to Aug 03.
401 is probably the squadron CO's aircraft and that is why it is painted up.
Not sure if they are currently a land-based squadron or in the boat rotation.

She "belongs" to a Lt Col, call sign "Pistol" I looked closer and there is a square panel between the "401" and the wing root that has "GET M/T" written in chalk on it. Any clue what that means? the panel is about the same size of the painted "401".

'Pistol' is an old friend of mine. Glad to know that he got command of the 'T-Bolts'. He'd been in that squadron a few times.
The panel you describe sounds like the gun bay door, but the letters you say are there aren't ringing a bell right now.

This sounds crazy... but I think I was to the right of you on that day fueling up an Aztec at the Self Serve. I remember seeing them fire up and leave not too long after.

IIRC, I got there on Saturday and they were buzzing about when I was checking in to the hotel. They were still there when I left on Sunday when I took the pics. Small world.
