hey stick thanks for sharing. i know a captain here who had just done an overnight and finished at 8 in the morning. in our contract you have to have 10 hours of rest in base. well he only needed 8 to be legal again to fly some more and the company tried to make him do it. he said no, the company fired him, and now he is back on the line, full restitution, back pay, and a little bit more for pain and suffering..

i know of a few guys (not personally but through my friends who work at skywest) who have been fired at skywest and there is nothing they can do about it.
