A book that comes to mind is Airline Pilot Interviews: How You Can Succeed in Getting Hired by Irv Jasinski. Pretty good overall.

For interview prep, try Capital Airline Consulting (capitalairlineconsulting.com) in Washington DC. Great bunch of guys there with a good seminar to help you out.

Checklist for Success is also pretty good but one-on-one interview prep is probably your best bet.
