Default Interview Prep Books

Anyone have any recommendations for interview prep books. I'm looking for one with some guidance on TMAAT ?'s, and maybe on how to spin a positive answer on a negative question. Also, does anyone have any interview prep courses they would recommend. Thanks in advance.

Cheryl Cage's "Checklist for success" worked for me.

For the prep - try emeraldcoastinterviewconsulting.com

Cheers.

I bought several books but I would recommed this one as a "one stop shopping" book if you looking to bone up quick.

Airline Pilot Interviews: How You Can Succeed in Getting Hired by Irv Jasinski

I also read the Checklist for Success but it was a bit vauge in some areas. If you are looking to apply at SWA when they start up again, read

NUTS! Southwest Airlines' Crazy Recipe for Business by Kevin Freiberg.

If you need some technical interview practice get the the Mental Math for Pilots or Airline Pilot Technical Interviews: A Study Guide by Ron McElroy.

If you go to Amazon.com or bn.com, you can find them used and save yourself quite a bit of money. Good luck!

Default Try this

A book that comes to mind is Airline Pilot Interviews: How You Can Succeed in Getting Hired by Irv Jasinski. Pretty good overall.

For interview prep, try Capital Airline Consulting (capitalairlineconsulting.com) in Washington DC. Great bunch of guys there with a good seminar to help you out.

Checklist for Success is also pretty good but one-on-one interview prep is probably your best bet.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck.

I recommend Checklist for success. Easy to read and very insightful. Great book for helping you "find" your stories and how to tell them.
