I'll speculate that, in the fullness of time, it will be revealed that NWA MEC was offered the same deal that DAL will get, and they(the NWA MEC) snubbed it.
If that's true, it would be important to remember that what's good for one group might not necessarily be that way for a different one.
But, it's all speculation at this point.
