I did not come to Jetblue for a secure job. I took a risk and CHOSE to come here for the promise of opportunity. Now, those promises have evaporated from management along with millions of dollars of cashed in equities.

JB is a great job! It still is a small start-up. Can you show me where SWA was after 5 years? Maybe I'm wrong but I would guess SWA was nowhere nearer Legacy pay when they were 5 years old. I did come to JB for a secure job. I watched my dream job at DAL disappear after a 20 year military career. It's not a perfect company but I do hear people willing to listen. I don't know when you were hired but if it was within 2 years of 911 you would be on the street right now instead of flying so I guess your "risk" payed off. We have problems like any large company does and IMHO we seem to be working through them.
