I am not sure about part time benifits, i imagine it varies by airline, as does the pass policy. Work at outstations are increasingly outsourced to contractors which typically offer no benifits to part or full time workers.

CLE not hiring, haven't in forever, won't for a long time. They still have guys on COLA. CMH (that's Columbus FlyHigh) is hiring for rampers both full and part time. Yes, you get the travel under either classification.
