If Alaska Air Group controls Alaska Airlines and Horizon then they wouldnt be required to sell to anyone in particular. I'm sure mainline doesnt want Skywest to dominate the west, and they could sell Horizon to whoever they wanted in an attempt to create some competition for Skywest.
