Default Where is the side letter?

I've noticed this question raised in some of the other threads, but have not seen any answer. I double checked the FDX site and the ALPA site, but no luck. The only thing on the ALPA site is a copy of the resolution to accept the side letter (or words to that affect).

It seems reasonable to me that this side letter would be available by now (3 days from the close of the vote), so maybe I've missed it. If anyone has seen it, does it just re-iterate the "intention" of the company or does it actually change the LOA verbage regarding invol STVs?

Thanks

They have not put it out. I asked my rep last week, he said that it would be out as soon as everyone has signed it. I guess they ran out of ink or something.....

Exclamation BC said he wasn't going to sign it!

At the noon hub turn meeting on Thursday, a very irritated BC described how the side letter came about and then stated "I'm not going to sign it." I believe this occurred after he said "I quit." DW immediately replied to him "No, you have to sign it." This exchange happened very quickly and I can see how some might have missed it. So, one reason that we have not seen the actual side letter may be that BC hasn't signed it? Remember the vote that approved the side letter? 7 to 4

Maybe BC is waiting till 7:58 ET Friday to sign. They can instantly post it before the vote closes and our lawyers say no problem.

Then we can see how many times it says intent

Actually, I think they'll wait 'till 09:59:59 ET Friday to post it. Another good exchange from the same Thursday noon hub turn meeting was between BC and a crew member trying to ask a question. BC interrupted him and said "You wanna fight? I'll fight ya!" Bob, you might want to switch to decaf for a while...

Gosh,

I can't believe I did take time off from my vacation just to hit the hub meetings. With info like that I'm sure I'll change my vote...

I received 15 messages from the company and the Union leadership pressing me to vote yes. I received none from the opposition, wonder why. If nothing else, something stinks in the cat house.

As the crew member trying to ask the question, I was somewhat startled with his challenge, however, I remembered this had happened at other hub turn meetings and let it pass. Though, we did chat briefly at the end of the meeting.

He quit his position; nothing to be gained pressing the issue.
