Or are they going to make OE drops pay no credit? That would suck.
I was thinking same thing as you. Pick up a greenslip, get your trip dropped for OE pay, no credit, then have to pick up a white slip to get back over GS trigger. That's a concession. The pay, no credit thing. I have heard nothing official. My whole post is speculation.

Perhaps because that has never been done before and would require explanation and political cover. Unless they had no reason to fire them and endorsed the actions taken. The NC was just an extension of Moak and his agenda. Except for someone willing to resign over principles and conflict with a philosophy, unfortunately that saves the MEC from the inquiries for removing someone. Unity and all that.

Moak could say we have unity, Malone can show we have unity. Which is more likely to achieve results?

If we werent hiring could you see any job loss in the discussed concessions? If so, when we are static wrt hiring, then it is lost jobs. Havent we given enough productivity?

You have to understand the boss man, in the big house, will sic the dogs on you or put you in the hot box. It doesnt matter that youre following the rules or if the change doesnt gain efficiency. You cant get ahead unless you work in the big house. This is Delta and that is how they think.

Now if you want to get your head patted or have a mint julep, you need to work for DALPA. Otherwise, its the lash.

Definitely curious about the PU limit though. If that applies then if there's a concession there I don't see it.
P/U limit still applies because you are getting single pay and credit for the trip that is dropped for OE.

The concession is that the LCA bidders would lose out on their current ability to get triple pay. Clearly a concession to them...

to argue degrees of concessions on any TA isn't going to get the result almost every pilot wants, deserves, and has earned.

If the product put on the table doesn't at a minimum achieve the re-opener baseline.....the needed discussion at that point is if we are either going to vote 100% for it......or 100% against it.....there can be no compromise in the question of surrender, or fight.

This seems like a needless amount of angst if we don't actually have anything to look at.

I'm ready for a quick draw, hair trigger tirade and "no" vote if the faith required to let them do their job is violated. Meanwhile, standing on the sidelines, wearing orange.

No way. Wearing orange means you're at least on the field. I mean, it may be 'special teams', but you're on the field!

Does anyone else here start to get a feeling of disgust when seeing someone not wearing orange, or is that just me?
