The assessment test is mostly math, vocabulary and number sequences.
They give you a series of numbers and ask what number comes next
They give you a word and ask what word means the same or opposite ...multiple choice
They ask a question like: what is the name of a vehicle to help you move. The multiple choice answers are..... C, H, B, V
The answer is V ( van)
You need to know the answer and pick the correct first letter....they don't give you the full word.
Some are the like this..... Mary has five apples...she gives away half..
In other words...you can't study

Question on the spirit application.
I submitted the app with 3950 total time, thinking I would just update it when I hit 4000 hrs. When I go to apply again it says you have already applied for this position. Is there anyway to update you application?

I've been trying to figure this question out for almost a year!!! Hopefully for a few of us, someone knows a trick.

I just took the cog test and it appears to be different. I tried rushing to get 90 questions done, but it was near impossible. After about 10 min the test switched to more of a personality test. Asking questions like: is it ever acceptable to call in late? Do you ever have disagreement with coworkers? Answer them in a range of strongly disagree to strongly agree. My best advice is to not rush as mentioned earlier.
