FWIW, from the CIA website, they are currently hiring and one of the pre-requisite backgrounds is "piloting experience." Who knows if you would be flying, though. Also, I know the FBI does some of the flying for them - I think non-covert ops type missions.

I fly in the SF Bay Area and I have seen Cessna 206s coming into SQL with Indio call signs, I asked my instructor the first time I heard that on the radio and he said "that's a CIA plane"

There are a few more companies that contract with the CIA. The ones that fly renditions and other such admin hops are available via Google search. The others, well, word of mouth is where it's at. Anybody who really knows isn't going to post it on a website.
