They can't seem to keep the EX airplanes running, how could we possibly put on another fleet type? The first one got damaged in a storm in ORD and still isn't back on line and the other one just got damaged. Guess we know where Shane is spending that money he's getting from people buying out their contracts at.

That was the old joke from my time spent at ACO. In my interview I was told by em that longer routes and Jetstream 31s were coming. No new routes came but the fish kept getting bigger. By this time I figure you guys would be flying to El Dorado in 767s... Single pilot.

Unfortunately another airplane had an incident/accident yesterday at ORD, not sure how bad it was, but it's grounded. I have experienced and seen it first hand, flight ops is treating pilots poorly. Also, I have heard from a reliable source, that the FLT OPS manager hates pilots. I guess ACO is still under the impression that pilots are dying to work here. Like AIRCHOICEONE said, I will ACO 6 months to a year, IF THAT.

I applied in late January and in early February I had an HR person tell me they had enough applicants with 1000tt and to let her know when I had at least 800 hours. I have an internal pilot rec as well. If you check drop zone.com I know of 2 drop zones that have had to hire jump pilots in a caravan at 500 hours. Worth checking into.
