First year FO pay is about twice of what you will make at the Regionals and upgrade is based on ability at some.

What are the names of some of these outfits, and what kind of times are they looking for? Sorry if it seems like a stupid question, but I'm not familiar with them.

Ditto. Net jets allows you to live pretty much anywhere in the US, your first year pay with a little overtime will be more than what most captains make at the regional level. Excellent benefits too. Upgrade time is the only negative.

Start by looking at Atlas, Kalitta, and Southern Air.

My bitterness has subsided somewhat and I am looking for a company that has (in order of importance) a west coast base, a quick upgrade, and reasonable quality of life. I am seeking honest responses. Thank you for you time.

When and with what outfit did you "fly the ditch"?

Thank you for your response. I would actually love to work for them. I don't believe they would consider me until I get current.
