Seaborne airline's pilot training
2,000 hours, 250 multi here. I have an interview with Seaborne Airlines coming up. I know they have a SAAB 340B and only one base in San Juan, PR, starting at $25 p/h. I don't have any more info. How is the training program? is it tough? ex: ground, sim. What's the schedule like? how is the commuting to the mainland? any crash pad? what's the monthly pay before taxes, including per diem? any thoughts? any response is appreciated.

Last training class i know of, I was actually supposed to be in. I got word from a friend there that it may be a good idea to wait a few months. After about 8 days of groundschool, they called everyone back to the training facility for 'paperwork'. They were all let go when they got there. I qould say the hardest part of training for that class was getting an opportunity to complete it. Most of the people there are on reduced work schedules. They arent getting min guarantee. I wouldnt recommend it at all.
