Is the data suggesting that 100ft was selected in FLCH coming from anything more than FlightAware ? That is where CNN is reporting that data comes from, which is of course not reliable data.
Or is this now confirmed by the ACARS or FDR ?

The data came from the plane's ADS/B out.

Now with the looming threat of lawsuits and settlement talk, including a possibility the settlement may reach in excess of $100M, I wonder if Germanwings will survive, will Lufthansa experience furloughs.
If this happened in the states, I can only imagine anything short of the big four airlines would disappear and the big four airlines would experience massive furloughs.
