Default PDT/PSA "Flow-Through" updates?

Management was supposed to meet with our MEC's on Apr. 22 & 23 with a "counter-proposal" concerning the "flow-through", has anyone heard anything on what came out of that meeting?

In case you were unaware, "flow-thru" is just another term for "pipe-dream"....but good luck.

Ha, I worked for ALG in the late 90's, and everyone was dreaming about the "flow-thru" back then. I'ts good to see some things never change.

I hope we get a flow thru. Then maybe our management will leave and go work at mainline. Of course they will have to take the entry level pay, start at the bottom again. Work holidays, weekends, be on reserve, get only one week vacation, have to commute to PHL, and then maybe after 10 years of managing the catering dept they can get off management reserve and hold the night shift manager slot.
Then when times get tough and they get laid off they can always flow back to the regionals and make our lives miserable again.

With the change of unions at mainline all talks are on hold indefinately. Don't ever expect to see the talks start up again.

Alright....After a couple of beers i started thinking of a bizarro world scenerio.
Instead of Pilots having a flow thru i was thinking of what it would be
like for Management to have a flow thru....Get it?

Heard that our CEO in class the other day said, when confronted about
quality of life improvements, that he was tired of hearing the same old
same old and doesn't want anyone to bring up QOL questions again.

Ya, i'm quite tired of hearing about the On time performance crap all
the time.
Tell you what....I am just going to sit at the gate and wait till all the
pax have arrived. After all isn't my job really to take people from A to
B? I really am tired of hearing about on time performance.

BankAngle09.

You are most likely referring to the J4J's right?
Cause i don't know anyone that has gone from PSA to Mainline except those that quit PSA.
