Hey SLOW, If airlines have lost more money than they've made, a term related to (if I recall correctly) the 3rd law of thermodynamics - Entropy. Why are they still in business?
Let me let you in on a little secret - they have made money and been able to show losses. Depreciation and lease expense are some pretty easy topline writeoffs.
