Never chase an upgrade!

When your number gets pulled is completely out of your control and hinges upon too many variables. My advice is do your research in order to make an educated guess on what company has a solid future and then chose which one fits you. Once on board try to learn as much as you can and be patient, your upgrade will come when it comes.
