So what happens at fedex if they draft out of seniority order. I had put in VLT for a trip they would not give me because I had dropped a trip during the footprint then drafted someone junior to me. Just read contract, it is not in accordance with CBA, I just wonder what the restitution is and if it matters whether I fly other trips, it was a big trip.
