My understanding on the status/category 9E methodology was 900, 200, Q, then saab CA slots, then the FO slots. If this isn't the case then in my opinion their logic of straight status/category was off.

Regardless, Bloch isn't going to take any one logic and do it straight up... and all this fuss isn't going to matter one single bit.
