Shyguy, we are talking about the guys who paid for training and were not getting paid. The D.O.H. needed to be adjusted and discussed, not deleted and changed without agreement. If you didnt pay for training and got paid, I dont think this problem affects you. A Southwest pilot doesnt get seniorty for the time he paid for his 737 type. The issue is the Pinnacle merger reps changing ALL the certified dates instead of waiting for Bloch to decide or negotiating. Ill bet if Pinnacle didnt propose the staple job the other two sides would have been more flexible. The loss of two months isn't nearly as bad as 16 years. Lets not forget that.
