Isn't that basically what the final proposal was. Staple Colgan, then integrate XJ? Doesn't sound like much negotiating. Unless you are implying that 9L would have been evenly integrated prior to the XJ integration. In that case, your proposal got worse for the 9L pilots, not better in your so called negotiations. Reminds me of "Pawn Stars"... I'll give you $20 for it. Well I really wanted $100. Ok, well I'll give you $10 for it then.
