First year guys and gals - hang in there. The first year is rough but it gets much better. I wanted to quit many times that first year but I am glad I did not.
I'm not beating my chest at all. Assuming your info is correct and your an FO and you've maxed your pay with 100 hours a month it's still only roughly $4200 a month. Which is still less than I make a month and I'm home every night. All I was saying is maybe 121 isn't for me at least at the regional level or at this point in my life.
