As for ratification, are you telling me that your committee members put out a memo as to how they conduct business? And that business includes all three members sitting together voting on your senority list the 11th hour of SLI arbitration....I am going to say WRONG.
As for the one of the members flying....Are you telling us that a multi-million dollar company and 3000 pilots are all waiting for this one guy to finish his trip so he can fly to MEM to look at a list???? I know all three company's are antisipating this list as much as we are. Um, I am going to say WRONG again.
Instead of an incompatent merger committee you blame it on a staffing crisis.
Look, your pilot group knows nothing but incompetent leaders from your MEC to some of your LEC members and now onto your merger committee. Mis-steps all the way. I still think you guys will fair well in the SLI, but it is to no help of your merger committee or MEC. Fire them when this is over.
