I don't know what the delay is now. My guess just some due diligence since as it was pointed out earlier if they hurried and got it wrong they would be blasted, and now that they are taking their time to get it right they are being blasted.
I hope that, for the sake of credibility, the whole story is explained by our leadership. At this point it appears as incompetence. I understand your feeling to need to defend your brothers, but in the eyes of others you are fighting a losing battle. Unfortunately, with all the rumors and a mix of truth, they do not appear to be qualified for the task at hand.
