There is no attempt at a delay. 1 member of the Cmte was in Mexico (on a trip) that the company wouldn't cover. The rest of the committee was working on making sure "the company's" list is 100% correct AND the discrepancies (such as missing pilots) are addressed. "missing" to include pilots that have a grievance pending for a termination or other situation that removed/removes them from the list. Everyone wants this done but there are issues that must be worked out before sent off. My source still says this should be all done today, albeit late.
Maybe we can have this list prior to the weekend.
I am confused, maybe you can answer this.
As I understand it, last week all three merger committees were supposed to provide a new list. All three did, apparently there were errors on the list that 9E promptly fixed and submitted.
So, how much can change in one week? I think that you mentioned in a post that some guys were in union preceding and your guys are making sure that they are counted or something like that.
Is it just that we are waiting for the 9E merger guys to get together in a room and certify this?
Do XJ and 9L SLI guys have a similar process, or was the timing as such that those two SLI committees were not flying?
This just seems weird that their is a delay.
