Thanks for posting that. That being said I still hope that many consider taking an "early"
retirement before 65 and enjoy many years of retirement and health. I'm not yet 50 and find the work is constanly interfering with my leisure activities and interests. I hope our next contract provides a standard of compensation and benefits that gives us the ability to financially retire at 60 as the norm.
I'm younger than you and find that work interferes with getting 8 hours of sleep on an overnight, but hopefully the new FT/DT limits will fix that.
Looking at the chart, 55 is a nice goal but realistically 60 is the number with 62 probably being reality, unfortunately. There is no way I plan to stay long enough for my age to equal my golf score!
