1. most likely not for the CRJ, the EMB maybe
2. no
3. depends... SoCal Emb might not sit reserve at all... DEN(SLC?) CRJ RSV love you long time. Upgrades are currently running 5 years on the EMB, 7-8 years for the CRJ.
