The other MEC's having to proofread 9E's list is an incorrect statement.
9E came in at the last minute with the 7 month adjustments to the DOH's, which took the other groups by surprise. While it is appropriate to have a good list, the fact that those mistakes weren't caught until now is pretty poor.
