bid a 72 hour line with tons of days off... try to create transition conflicts and get paid for the removals... then pick up a nice 20+ hour trip on 150% pay to run yourself up to 92... sneak in a day trip and your pushing 100 scheduled. Leave the gate 10 prior, come in 10 late on each leg and poof, that extra day trip gets removed and you get paid for that extra day trip without working it... then fly fast again, go undertime, and pick something else up. Repeat process as needed. The really good guys get 140 in pay credit a month, with over 40 of it being on 150%.... and they still end up with 11 days off.... just not the same 11 days they were originally awarded.

it's way different on the AA side, but at Eagle you can drive your pay up to ridiculous levels without too much effort. To add to that, I hear they are awarding 300% for vacation time flown instead of taken. Any FO off of first year pay, and off reserve, should be able to turn 50k or close to it if they try...
I might try the low hour bid and then pick up open time at a higher rate, but I don't know if I want to sacrifice too many days off. Good techniques. Thanks for sharing. It seems like an art to make all of that work...
