There is all kinds of options. But if you are tired of the academies, why did you list DCA and RAA?
American Flyers, ATP, Flight Safety Academy, etc.
But almost every FBO is offering some sort of package. whether or not they are 141, I don't know, but I much prefer 61 training anyways.
What are you actually looking for?
