Will they release you early (30-45 minutes) on any given R day, in the middle of a block of R days?

I have been on Reserve for the last several years. Here's my experience ...
CRS used to consider releasing you early on your last R day (to j/s home, etc.). Recently, the policy (probably wrong word?) seems to have changed. It now appears to be policy
NOT to release you early.
I've been hesitant to commercial j/s early for fear that management probably has access to CASS and can likely document that you left early
