Everyone wants the list done. If the list gets done prior to the 10th the vacancy will be cancelled in favor of a system bid vacancy. You can't get bumped out of your current seat/base so regardless of the outcome it opens up the ability for folks to get where they WANT to be. Of course we will have to wait to see any conditions and restrictions in the list, but to say 9E wants it delayed is as far as you can get from the truth.
