what irks me is that I personally asked a XJ union guy who was on my jumpseat about the LOA/seniority integration. He told me they way he understood it was that 9e was getting to use initial class date as seniority date/DOH for SLI purposes after I told him any different would have been most likely a no vote for me.

I mean seriously XJ union, why do you think us 9e pilots complained so much initially that we were getting only the new date as a perk for integration, and not all the other longevity bennies that are associated with it that COlgan and Mesaba got. 1200 of us sure knew how to read that section...
