Company is short manned
NPRM ruling will need more bodies
Big fleet increase (100-120 seaters)
The big ? about over 60s locked in who could bail at a moment's notice
Planned normal age 65 retirements starting in 2013
AA not retiring as many S80s as planned (they want to keep around 200)
New 737 and 773 deliveries
