I know many people at UND who have failed more than 2 stage checks. This bugs me because you can have a complete idiot go through the program failing every stage and yet he gets the interview because the airline doesn't count stage checks part 141 as a failure (even though its a checkride to get your cert). Yet you have a guy at part 61 who failed 3 and now doesn't get the interview just because he trained part 61 instead of 141.
