Are you actually suggesting that just because guys are doing the job that they're paid to do, in a location that they chose, with an LOA that had specific requirements, that they then have the right to perhaps cheat or steal from the company? If that's your viewpoint, how would you feel about someone who: never misses his trips; passes all his training events; always gives 100%, but buys deadhead tickets on his personal credit card, then submits for reimbursement, all the while jumpseating into and out of his operating assignments, and pocketing the company money. Is that ok with you? As well, is that what you think the chief pilot should be doing... protecting guys who are doing it the wrong way, and ruining things for everyone else along the way.
