Does one require more pilot skill than the other?

Do you think a 5 year RJ Captain is as "experienced" or "qualified" as a 5 year turbo prop Captain?

What about a 2 year RJ Captain VS. a 5 year T-Prop Captain?

How much longer do you think the T-Props will be around?

Do you think big time airlines will start requiring ONLY jet time and no turbo prop time?
