"For Eagle pilots, this has been a very difficult year and there is no end in sight. Management had hoped that they would see some positive staffing numbers by September but that has not come to fruition. The most recent staffing forecasts show Eagle remaining below its pilot targets until January 2012. To make matters worse, current recall rates from furloughed American pilots could cause the next group of Eagle flow-through pilots to begin transferring to American Airlines as early as November. Although that is good news for those pilots, it will certainly exacerbate Eagle‟s short pilot staffing."

That coincides with the vacancy bid.

I'm wondering what the next step will be to get more pilots on property....
