Realize they arent paying enough...

More on a serious note, I have never worked a regional.. but am considereing it for teh first time ever. Wierd because I have said for years I would quit aviation before I go to the Regionals, but I just cant throw away a very expensive education. So with that said, I got a few questions.

Is DFW a junior base? How long will i realistically spend on reserve? With this much short staffing, can a guy actually make better than his 75 hour monthly guarantee?
