Another good point that some of you brought up was crew utilization. I don't understand their strategy either. There are way too many pilots sitting around doing nothing when they could be flying. Not saying they should fly us to death, but at least enough so the flying gets covered. I just don't get why they don't understand this. Who ever the person is making these decisions needs to go.

Maybe after the merger process is complete, management can get their heads back in the game and fix this airline. Not gonna hold my breath though.
